The release of Catch in 1984 came close to a snus revolution, as it did not have the typical tobacco flavor, but tasted licorice! Additionally, it was portion packed, which at that time was not yet very common. In 1986, Catch Mini was added, with the Catch Dry to follow later. The Catch flavors available today are licorice and eucalyptus.

Catch Collection was launched in 2009, with the basic idea of offering consumers a wider range of flavors. Several times a year, a new Catch Collection flavor is released, which is then only available for a limited time. The following flavors have been released so far: Chill – Mint Vanilla, Fresh – Peppermint, Still – Violet Licorice, Cozy – Cardamom Cinnamon, Mellow – Rhubarb, Glow – Elder Lime, Ease – Ginger Orange and Thrill – Raspberry Pepper.

In 2010, a completely new type of Catch was introduced – Catch Pure Mint. Both the portions and the can have a completely new design. The pouches are white and just slightly bigger than a regular mini portion, they are therefore being called Medium White. Each pouch contains 7mg nicotine. The portions are big enough to be felt but still small enough to be hidden. Catch Pure Mint has a mild tobacco character, with a clear flavor of fresh peppermint, undertones of cedar, and a rounded sweetness.
